The customer expressly waives his own general terms and conditions of sale, even if these were established after these general terms and conditions of sale. Any derogation must, to be valid, be expressly accepted in advance in writing.
Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment period is indicated either on the invoice or on the order. Abrat Aljamal will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior notice in the event of late payment.
If a payment is still unpaid more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Abrat Aljamal reserves the right to call upon a debt collection company. All legal costs will be borne by the customer.
Some countries apply a withholding tax on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding tax will be paid by the customer to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances may Abrat Aljamal be involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. The invoice amount will therefore be due to Abrat Aljamal in its entirety and does not include costs related to the legislation of the country in which the customer is located.
Abrat Aljamal undertakes to do its best to provide efficient services within the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation of result. Abrat Aljamal may under no circumstances be required by the customer to appear as a third party in the context of a possible claim for damages filed against the customer by an end consumer.
To be admissible, any claim must be notified to Abrat Aljamal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to its head office within 8 days following delivery of the goods or provision of the services.
All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Saudi law.
